Mark did a great job for us selling a 65 year old house, he is very knowledgeable and professional and was extremely responsive. We priced the house correctly an it sold quickly. Mark was very helpful in dealing with the original offer and with the inspection results. We had intended to sell the house "as Is" and made only a small concession related to the inspection. Mark worked with the buyers appraiser to make sure he had good information on comps and the appraisal came in at a good number.
